What is QuickClean's Build-Own-Operate (BOO) laundry model?

Under our Build Own Operate (BOO) model, QuickClean finances, designs, installs, and operates high-efficiency commercial laundry facilities at your hotel or hospital at zero capital expenditure to you. You pay only for the service (per kg of linen processed), and we handle everything else: equipment, staff, utilities optimization, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Which laundry model is right for my property?

It depends on your volume, budget, and operational preferences. Properties that want zero capex and full outsourcing prefer our BOO model. Properties with existing equipment wanting higher efficiency prefer our Operations Management contract. For hospitality groups seeking linen asset offloading, our Linen as a Service (LaaS) is ideal. Our team provides a free assessment to recommend the best fit.
How does QuickClean prevent hospital linen cross-contamination?

We deploy specialized barrier washers physically sealed inside partition walls. Soiled linen enters on the dirty side and sterile linen exits on the cleanroom side under positive air pressure, complying strictly with EN 14065 and NABH infection control standards.
Can hotels switch from owning linen to QuickClean Linen Rental?

Yes. Our Linen as a Service (LaaS) eliminates initial linen purchase costs entirely. Hotels pay on a flexible per-piece model with 100% RFID microchipping to prevent losses, theft, and inventory mix-ups.
How long does deployment take?

Our average time from signed agreement to a fully operational facility is 30 days for standard properties. Larger multi-site or greenfield projects may take 60–90 days. All deployments include installation, commissioning, SOP development, and staff training with zero operational disruption.
