How does your BOO model work?

Under our Build Own Operate model, QuickClean finances, designs, builds and operates the laundry facility at your premises — at zero capital cost to you. You pay only for the service (per kg of linen processed), and we handle everything else: equipment, staff, maintenance and compliance.
Which model is right for my property?

It depends on your volume, budget and operational preferences. Properties that want zero capex and full outsourcing prefer our BOO model. Properties with existing infrastructure but wanting better management prefer our Operations Management contract. Our team will recommend the best fit after a free assessment.
How long does deployment take?

Our average time from signed agreement to fully operational facility is 30 days for standard properties. Larger multi-site or greenfield projects may take 60–90 days. All deployments include installation, commissioning, SOP development and staff training.
What sustainability impact can we expect?

Our clients typically achieve up to 70% reduction in carbon emissions and 40% reduction in water consumption compared to conventional laundry operations. We provide monthly ESG reports and support Green Key, LEED and IGBC certification programmes.
